Grand Central Pet Station will provide boarding services in its petcare facility. GCPS supervises dog play and cares for dogs as descrbed on the website and assessment interview. GCPS staff are experienced , caring , animal lovers, and are trained to monitor guests dogs, and to care for them as we do our own.
Boarding-GCPS boarding services includes a full day of daycare, before they are tucked into a comfortable private stall for sleeping, guests are served breakfast and dinner with food you provide from home. Before lights are out each guest is served a bedtime treat. "Board only" service is available for dogs who do not qualify for group play.
Boarding fees-
1 - Dog 1 to 10 pounds - $20.00 per day
2nd dog sharing -same family $16.00 addtl.
1 - Dog 10 to 25 pounds $25.00 per day
2nd dog sharing - same family $20.00 addtl.
1- Dog 25 to 45 pounds $30.00 per day
2nd dog -same family $25.00 addtl.
administer medication - 1 time per day -no charge
Other services- prices quoted on individual basis for special needs, schedules,grooming , training , physical therapy, behavioral therapy.
PRESSED FOR TIME? We will pick up or deliver your pet .
Mileage according to Mapquest estimate.
First 20 miles - $20.00 1 dollar per mile for each addtl mile over 20.
Screening- In order to provide a healthy , safe and fun experience, GCPS screens and interviews all dogs/owners before accepting a dog for services. By signing this agreement and the interview checklist, you warrant that all information is true and correct and that there are no issues,which , if made known to GCPS would cause us to exclude your dog from boarding. GCPS reserves the right to refuse services to any dog for any reason.
Owner responsibilities- You agree to abide by all the GCPS rules and regulations, which may occasionally change upon posting or sending out notices to owners.
Payment for services- You agree to pay for all GCPS services, prior to or at drop off.
GCPS may change fees at any time by posting in the facility and the website.
Application-All dogs must have a complete, up to date, and approved application on file.
Days and hours- Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
Sat and Sun 9:00am to 11:00 am
Holiday hours may differ. Those needing to drop off or pick up at times other than regular business hours may do so by appointment
for additional 5.00 per hour or part of hour.
Holiday Rates- Rates may be higher on certain holidays- Presidents day, Easter, Memorial day, Fourth of July, Labor day ,Thanksgiving,Christmas and New years.
Space is limited so make reservations early for best rates and availability.
Fleas - Dogs who arrive with fleas will be bathed and treated and there will be an additional charge.
Billing Policy- Payment is due prior to,or at the time your dog being dropped off.
Charges for additional services unforseen at time of drop off,can be paid at time of pick up.
Late pick up fees- All dogs must be picked up by 11:00 am on weekends or by 6:30 pm Mon-Fri. Prior arrangements can be made for late pick up to 2 hours after regular hours for 5.00 per hour or part of hour. After that the pet may be boarded overnight at the owners expense at the current rate. Owner agrees to pay additional charges upon pick up of their pet.
Reservations and Cancelations- their is a 20% cancelation fee if reservations are cancelled. The 20% is credited to your account for future use of GCPS services. If reservations are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the reservation , the 20% is non-refundable and is forfeited.There is a 20% deposit to secure Thanksgiving and Christmas reservations. If a holiday reservation is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to check in the 20% will not be refunded.
We are a small business and appreciate your cooperation.
Owner agrees if their dog is over 6 months of age and is not neutered or spayed, he/she will not be eligible for group play,but will qualify for" board only "service.
Health and shots- All dogs must be in good health, Owners will verify that their dog has not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days, and on admission all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests.
All dogs must have up to date vaccinations, owners must provide written proof that their dog has recieved , DHPP{Distemper,hepatitus,Parainfluenza,Parvovirus} within the last year, and the kennel cough vaccine{Bordetella} within the past year.
Rabies vaccine must also be current as required by local law.
